OFFICE EQUIPMENT SALES
An Account Executive at Office Direct is responsible for providing a wide range of digitally based copier, fax, printing and multi-function solutions to new and existing customers. The Account Executive must have good verbal and written communication skills, the ability to apply commercial, operational and financial principles and be capable of viewing issues in terms of costs, profits, markets and added value. Success requires that relationships with new customers be sought, developed and nurtured so that Office Direct becomes a long term partner in our customer’s success. Existing customers expect and deserve the same level of ongoing support. Computer literacy is an absolute requirement. Network printing/connectivity is a plus. Must be able to meet monthly objectives, maintain records and reports as required and uphold the company's high standards.

TECHNICIAN TRAINEES / UTILITY PERSON
Entry level positions are available for qualified individuals. Job responsibilities vary for each individual and can range from technical training, computer service, delivery, etc…. Please contact us if you are interested in finding out more about this rewarding field.  

EXPERIENCED COPIER / PRINTER TECHNICIANS
In-house and field opportunities now exist for highly skilled individuals who are experienced with any manufacturer, including Canon, Sharp, Kyocera, HP or others. Enjoy an excellent salary plus incentives.  The technician will be responsible for timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of office product systems & equipment, and promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with Office Direct, The technician will be required to maximize equipment up-time through timely response and effective repair with selective customer training to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Set-up, delivery and installation of equipment & systems, ability to lift reasonable weight, pull, lift, reach and transport equipment, parts, and boxes. Must have reliable transportation, good driving record, and be computer literate .

TELEMARKETING

  • Make outbound sales calls, offering our products or services
  • Generate leads for outside sales

SUPPLY SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
There is a tremendous opportunity for a professional salesperson in the supply product lines that Office Direct offers. Not just “selling office supplies”, this position also includes the marketing of POS/Credit card terminal supplies, printer and copier supplies, office furniture, as well as generating leads/references for other product categories.  SSAE will also assist in marketing material development and delivery. Interaction with a volume of customers through email, phone fax and in person contact assures success. Sales potential and eanings are unlimited. 

COMPUTER / I.T. / NETWORKING
A position is available for an experienced computer / network technician. Responsibilities include repair and software service on PC’s & networks, Software installation & new system set-up. Network printing and scanning application set-up and support relating to our multifunction systems and MFP capable copiers. Network set-up and support experience preffered.

POINT OF SALE / CASH REGISTER / POS SALES
We have an opening for an individual to sell, set-up and program our wide range of Point of Sale products including a full range of cash registers, touch screen products and solution based POS terminals. Requires the ability to learn the programming steps and functions of the systems, and how these relate can be applied to the customer’s business to improve their security, cash flow and other key business areas. Delivery and installation is also your responsibility. Marketing of peripheral products associated with the POS line, such as scales and time clocks and other products are also part of this opportunity.
